If your goal is to innovate, then you have to be comfortable with failure. It’s a more engaging way for people to work, it’s inspiring, and I think, ultimately, it leads to better outcomes.

I have found that this is especially challenging for women who are starting their own businesses, given the structural and systemic barriers that we face in our journeys toward success.
